About Me

Hi! I'm Ruth and welcome to my website.

I am a fully insured Reiki and Bio-Energy therapist. I am a member of Reiki Federation Ireland which is the national organisation for Reiki in Ireland and am registered with Bi-Aura® International.

I discovered Reiki in 2001 and received my Reiki 1 and 2 certifications the same year. I then went on to complete a Bio-Energy therapy Diploma with Bi-Aura® International in 2004.

After spending 20 years working in industry, I have set up my energy therapy business in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

Alongside energy healing, I love to meditate and be in nature. I discovered energy healing when I was a teenager, I found it so powerful it unlocked a curiosity in me to explore and study it.

I find Bio-Energy and Reiki both powerful yet gentle therapies that can restore balance, and help with physical, emotional and mental ailments.  I have seen great results from improved sleep to reduced stress levels to chronic pain relief.

I welcome children and adults to my peaceful therapy room in my garden. I also do home visits for very ill or immobile clients.
